Overview
As a Product Designer, I'm leading the development of a centralized management dashboard to solve operational inefficiencies at SQE. Currently, multiple Sinarmas subsidiaries use separate CMS platforms for SQE services, making it difficult to access and consolidate critical data like service usage, customer info, and invoices. Invoice processing, in particular, relies on manual coordination with developers—slowing down workflows and increasing errors. This project aims to unify service data into a single, intuitive platform that enables teams to access and manage information efficiently—without technical dependencies.

Reduce SLA by up to 80% through optimized invoice collection and the elimination of redundant processes between users, clients, and developers.
Approach
Before initiating any user engagement activities, I collaborated closely with key stakeholders primarily the Business Operations Team to align on business objectives, clarify assumptions, and map out existing service workflows. This preparation phase allowed us to frame meaningful hypotheses around potential user pain points and identify critical areas to explore. With this foundation in place, we conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to validate our assumptions and uncover deeper insights into user behavior, daily workflows, and specific challenges. This approach ensured that our discovery process was grounded in both business context and user realities, setting a clear direction for developing solutions that are both relevant and impactful.
