Overview
This is the project of designing and developing a centralized management dashboard for Financial Services' Digital Factory. This Financial Services' Digital Factory delivers multiple services to various subsidiaries, yet their internal operations were hindered by siloed content management systems for each service. The goal was to resolve this fragmentation and empower internal teams with a unified platform for streamlined operations.

Conducted discovery sessions with internal users to identify pain points and essential user flows.
Audited all standalone CMS systems used across subsidiaries to define integration points.
