Overview
This project focused on end-to-end product and technology transformation for a growing agri-fintech company. The objective was to translate the company’s long-term vision into a scalable, data-driven product strategy while building a high-performing technology organization. The transformation aimed to drive innovation, shape the product roadmap, enable cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational excellence across both internal systems and external impact—particularly within Indonesia's underserved agriculture sector.

Raised USD 9 Million in Series A funding from Monks Hill Ventures through strong product vision, traction, and investor alignment.
Enabled digital transformation across loan origination, assessment, contract, disbursement, and monitoring—unlocking significant operational efficiency.
Developed an AI-powered credit scoring system in partnership with ITB Professors and 5 doctoral candidates, enhancing risk models for underserved farmers.
Improved system performance by 50% through a complete core service revamp and technical simplification.
Initiated IoT and remote sensing solutions to reduce agricultural crop failure rates.
Established a new org structure, job leveling, and career path for Product & Tech divisions.
